So we all have ‘been there, done that’ when it comes to getting deodorant on the outside of our clothes. Whether you slip and miss or it somehow makes its way all over the side of your shirt, it is annoying and almost always nearly impossible to get out. To prevent having to re-launder, here is a trick that my mother taught me on how to get the marks out (I don’t know how it works but it does):
Use a nylon (either a disposable nylon foot sock or your own tights) and rub the deodorant mark out. You might have try a few times before the deodorant comes out completely.
p.s. sometimes this trick works for make-up that rubs off on clothes and/or other stains on silks.
